Black Series Cam Gears
Skunk2’s Pro Series Cam Gears for Honda’s B-series engines are now available in an exclusive Black Series finish.

An engine’s camshafts must be set at their proper positions relative to the crankshaft in order to maximize horsepower. Pro Series Cam Gears enable serious tuners to optimize horsepower and torque by being able to adjust camshaft timing, allowing them to tailor the power curve appropriately. Thanks to laser-etched timing and directional marks, precise camshaft adjustments can be made quickly and easily. Pro Series Cam Gears feature precision-machined, hard-anodized teeth to reduce premature wear with a signature, six-bolt design that eliminates gear slipping. Skunk2’s lightweight design and CNC-machined, 7075-T6 billet aluminum construction reduces rotational inertia, resulting in increased engine response and acceleration. Skunk2’s adjustable cam gears have also been proven on race cars in the most extreme conditions for more than a decade.

Evo Composite Fuel Rail
Skunk2’s cutting-edge Composite Fuel Rail for Mitsubishi’s Evo VII-IX is here. Skunk2’s Composite Fuel Rails are made using a proprietary carbon-impregnated, aerospace thermo-polymer composite—a material that’s 33-percent lighter, 60-percent stronger, and operates up to 100-degrees F cooler when compared to aluminum and insulates fuel from both radiant and conductive heat transfer underneath the hood, resulting in more horsepower and torque. Composite Fuel Rails also feature large 0.625-inch internal bores for superior fuel injector pulsation dampening, are machined with a smooth interior finish, and feature radius-cut fuel injector outlets for improved flow characteristics. The special design that eliminates the sharp internal angles where the main bore meets the fuel injector bores inherent with conventional extruded- and drilled-aluminum designs can only be achieved with such composite materials. Black Series Rear LCAs
Capitalizing on its already popular forged aluminum Rear Lower Control Arms, Skunk2 is proud to introduce the ultimate in stealth suspension modifications – Skunk2’s limited edition, Black Series, hard-anodized Rear Lower Control Arms. Each limited edition Black Series Rear Lower Control Arm features Skunk2’s signature black look in an anodized coating and is serialized for authenticity. This exclusive run is currently available for the ’92-’95 Civic, ’96-’00 Civic, and ’94-’01 Integra and is paired with red, low-deflection, polyurethane bushings for the ultimate contrast (black bushings sold separately).

Skunk2’s Rear Lower Control Arms are direct replacements, maintain OEM suspension geometry, and are ideal for street and race applications. Each arm is forged from aircraft quality 2024 billet aluminum, precision CNC-machined, and is more than 25 percent lighter than the stock arms. Skunk2 Rear Lower Control Arms also feature adjustable anti-sway bar mounting holes for advanced suspension tuning and optimum balance. The low-deflection, polyurethane bushings act as bearings for quicker response and a more positive feel. Skunk2 also eliminated tearing and un-seating problems typically associated with other fixed rubber bushings by allowing the arm to rotate freely about the bushings.

Properly designed suspension components must be strong and functional first and aesthetically pleasing second. Skunk2’s Rear Lower Control Arms are both. Each arm’s I-beam shape and tapered design is a direct result of efforts to eliminate twisting, bending, and stress risers. Extensive FEA (finite element analysis) testing determined that conventional “straight and flat” designs are plagued by internal stress risers. A poorly designed arm will concentrate stress in particular zones, causing the arm to fracture and ultimately fail.

Skunk2 throttle bodies undergo an extensive design and testing process to produce a unit that doesn't just provide more flow, but retains smooth drivability and OEM throttle characteristics. Skunk2 Pro-Series Throttle Bodies are designed using the latest CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) tools to produce a unit that exceeds industry standards. Black Series Intake Manifold
Skunk2’s exclusive Black Series Intake Manifolds are here. Skunk2 took the most popular Honda intake manifold in the industry—its Pro Series Intake Manifold for Honda’s B-series engines—and coated it in its signature Black Series finish.

More than a decade ago, Skunk2 engineers looked to the popular Integra Type R intake manifold for inspiration and went back to the drawing board. Skunk2’s Pro Series Intake Manifold for Honda’s B-series features a larger plenum and oversized runners when compared to the ITR manifold for maximum horsepower and torque gains. Instead of producing a manifold with a significantly oversized plenum and excessively short runners that would sacrifice mid-range power, the Pro Series manifold was designed for the “street enthusiast” who wants more power but doesn’t want to sacrifice mid-range performance to get it. The results are improved airflow, an enhanced venturi effect, and both mid-range and top-end power gains.

Skunk2’s cast-aluminum Pro Series Intake Manifolds for Honda’s B-series engines are a direct-fit replacement for all B-series engines thanks to three separate flange designs and are compatible with all factory sensors and throttle bodies as large as 75mm (Black Series available only for B18C GS-R at this time). Pro Series Intake Manifolds offer horsepower and torque gains greater than competitors’ manifolds but without compromising mid-range power output. The design incorporates specially tapered runners as well as a larger, tapered plenum that together preserve mid-range power but increase and accelerate airflow to allow for significant top-end power gains. Pro Series Intake Manifold runner exits are also machined to best match the cylinder head’s ports. Skunk2’s Pro Series Intake Manifold’s shape and design also increases wave scavenging effects at the engine’s ideal operating range, which allow for a broad increase in usable power.
